100 Baht (4th Series Type 9) are similar in appearance to the 100 baht banknotes, Series 3  , but the change is to use the portrait of King Rama IX as a watermark instead of using the constitution as it is. Since the banknotes 1 – 3 , the important feature that is easy to notice of the 100 baht banknotes, the 4th edition is the portrait of His Majesty King Rama IX, which is a picture of His Majesty the King’s birthday, or what is known as the old face. There is no orthography on the word banknote. When lifting, you can see the watermark of King Rama IX and see the metallic fibers embedded vertically on the

    banknotes. This 100 baht banknote, Series 4, 9, was announced on 13 Jan. 1959 , banknote size 8.70 x 14.70. cm
