    Thai Banknote, 100 Baht (3rd Series Type 9), the King Rama IX, Nam Phan watermark,used

    The 100 baht banknotes, Series 3, Series 9 are similar in appearance to the 100 baht banknotes, type 2  , but the change is that there is a vertically embedded small strip of metal coated fibers on the banknote. can be seen by lifting up to shine It is an anti-counterfeiting feature that is used to replace the colored silk threads used on the paper used in the 1st and 2nd editions of the banknotes
    . It is easy to notice of the 100 baht banknote, the 3rd edition, which is the portrait of King Rama IX. It is a picture of the older age, also known as the old face. There is no orthography on the word banknote. When raised, the constitutional watermark and the vertically inlaid metal-coated filament of the banknote are visible.

    This 100 baht banknote, Series 3, Type 9, was announced on 25 Nov 1955 ,

    Banknote size 8.70 x 14.70 cm , letter and number category B 60 – K 93,          

    Front banknote.   The main image is a portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the reign of King Rama IX, in the uniform on the left. There is an image of Garuda in the upper middle. There is an image of a three-headed Irapod elephant in the lower right corner. There is an illustration at the center of the crown arch. Wat Arun Ratchawararam Letters and banknote numbers are printed in black ink. The word banknote has no orthography. When lifted, the metal coated fibers can be seen vertically embedded. and a constitutional watermark        

    Banknote on the back  The main image is an image of the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall in a frame surrounded by bougainvillea patterns. The penalty for counterfeiting is printed in the bottom center. signature on the banknote
