    The 1 Baht Banknote Series 2 Series 9 has the same appearance as the 1 Baht Banknote Series 1  but has a different part which is the letter and number category printed in black ink.

    An important highlight that is easy to notice of the 2nd batch of 1 baht banknotes is the portrait of King Rama IX, a portrait of his youth, known as young face and banknote numbers printed in black ink constitutional watermark No metal-coated fibers embedded in the paper.
    This 1 Baht banknote, Series 2, Type 9, was announced on 19 April 1952

                Front side. The main image is a portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, King Rama IX wearing a Chakri uniform on the left. There is an image of Garuda in the upper middle. There is an image of a three-headed Irapod elephant in the lower right corner. There is an illustration in the middle position is Phra Samut Chedi. Red and blue silk streaked paper texture Letters and banknote numbers are printed in black ink. constitutional pedestal watermark

                Banknote on the back  The main image is an image of the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall in a frame surrounded by bougainvillea patterns. The penalty for counterfeiting is printed in the bottom center
