    During the Second World War, the Thai government asked Japan to print banknotes because it was unable to allow other countries to print them. but due to any transport From Japan is difficult. and from the Japanese invasion of Java Indonesia Found that there is a banknote factory that the Netherlands has built. Japan has therefore used this factory to print banknotes in the form of 10 baht banknotes  . and did not print the signature and banknote number When the production is finished, they are sent to Singapore and then forwarded to Thailand.
    When the government received and prepared to announce the banknotes, it was discovered that the new banknotes were printed with forged signatures and numbers first. which later learned that a number of banknotes were lost before being sent to Bangkok The government therefore did not announce making such banknotes not legal The government therefore used the received banknotes to correct the price by using black ink to print the 50 satang number over the original price.
    This 50 satang banknote was announced on March 30, 1946.
