2020 – 175 Years of Abay (Abai) – 500 Tenge – silver coin with hologram – Kazakhstan

500 tenge ABAI 175 Years  of Birthday PROOF 2020 from the series “Outstanding events and people”

Date of issue: August 10, 2020. The issue of coins is dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the birth of the poet and educator Abai Kunanbayev.

On the obverse (obverse) of the coins in the central part, there is the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To the left and to the right of the Emblem are the inscriptions “QAZAQSTAN RESPÝBLIKASY ∙ REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN”. Along the circumference – elements of national ornament. At the bottom – the inscription “TENGE” and the number “500”, indicate the denomination of the coin.

On the reverse side (reverse) of the coins, there is an image of a sculptural portrait of Abai Kunanbayev, a stylized image of an inkwell and a feather made on coins of silver using the technology of an interference rainbow image (HOLOGRAM).
To the right of the portrait is an ornamental ribbon in the form of a Kazakh yurt (baskur) decor, under which there is an inscription “1845-2020” indicating the year of birth, the date of celebration of the 175th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev and at the same time the year of minting.
On the right – the inscription “31.1 g” indicates the mass of the metal. At the top of the coin are the inscriptions “175” and “JYL”.

On the left side, there is an element of national ornament, on the silver coin, there is an inscription “Ag 925”, indicating the metal from which the coin was made and it’s standard. At the bottom of the coin, there is an inscription in the Latin script “ABAI”.

The coin has the original certificate of authenticity (COA). No box.
