Description
Each 2021 1 oz Solomon Islands Spirit Animals Grizzly Colorized Coin listed here is the first issue in a brand-new series of silver coins for the Solomon Islands. Produced by PAMP Suisse, the coins are struck in the shape of a grizzly bear’s head with the design and colorization on the reverse from Phil Lewis, an American artist based in Colorado. Each coin is packaged in an individual, custom capsule with a themed shipping box and a Certificate of Authenticity.
The coins in the new Spirit Animals Series come with colorized visuals on the reverse side and unique shapes matching the animal represented in each release. The coins are individually serialized with a unique serial number from 0001 to 2500 on the obverse side of the coins. A proof-like coin is one with frosted designs and mirrored fields.
Queen Elizabeth II is found on the obverse of 2021 Solomon Islands Spirit Animals Grizzly Colorized Coins. The right-profile portrait at the center of the design field is Ian Rank-Broadley’s 1998 effigy of the Queen that debuted on Royal Mint coins in England. The date mark and serial number for the coins feature in the ear region of the coin’s shape.
A colorized image of the face of a grizzly bear is featured in the reverse design of 2021 1 oz Spirit Animals Grizzly Coins. The grizzly is one of the largest bears in the world, with only the polar bear capable of challenging the size of the grizzly.
