Inside the edge of the coin above is the message that “His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej” below has the text “Thailand” by a circular dot between the two upper and lower texts.
On the reverse – in the middle of the coin there is an official mark of the Treasury Department. and around the official mark, there are numbers « 72 » lined around Inside the rim of the coin above, there is a message saying “72 years of May 23, 1933 – 2005”, below is the message saying the price “10 baht” with a dot between the text above and below both sides.

The shape of the coin is round, the outer edge has smooth alternating gears.
